The W-01 operates through a fully integrated process:

• Scrap cables are fed into the granulator crusher, where they are crushed into small particles
• The mixed copper and plastic granules are transferred via the internal conveyor
• An air-flow vibration separator separates copper and plastic based on density differences
• Final outputs are high-purity copper granules and clean plastic granules
• The copper separation rate can reach up to 99.99%.
