Notes before feeding:

• Remove electric heads/connectors
• Avoid cables containing iron or steel layers
• Avoid oily cables, taped cables, or special composite materials

Scrap cables are fed into the granulator crusher, where they are crushed into small particles;

Mixed copper/aluminum and plastic granules are transferred to the air-flow separation system;

A vibration separator further separates metal and plastic based on density;

Dust is collected by the dust deduction air fan.

Final output: clean copper/aluminum granules and pure plastic granules
