Product Introduction
PCB Recycling Plant is used to separate metals and non-metals from circuit boards, PCB boards, copper-clad boards, circuit boards and scraps inside old TVs, computers and other household appliances. First, the circuit boards are disassembled by PCB electronic component dismantling machines, and then crushed and screened to recover the metal powder and resin powder. The entire separation process uses dry physical separation, which does not require heating, burning, water washing and chemical treatment, and is pollution-free.

Core Process & Technology
The PCB Recycling Plant efficiency is built on a sequential, automated workflow:

1.PCB Component Dismantling: Whole circuit boards are first fed into a specialized PCB Electronic Component Dismantling Machine. This unit safely and efficiently removes reusable or hazardous components (chips, capacitors, connectors) from the boards, preparing clean board substrate for recovery.
2.Primary & Secondary Size Reduction: The bare boards are then conveyed through a series of crushers and shredders. This multi-stage process progressively reduces them to a fine, uniform granulate, effectively liberating the bonded metals from the resin/ fiberglass substrate.
3.Precision Screening & Classification: The granulated mixture is precisely screened to achieve optimal particle size. This step is critical for maximizing the efficiency of the subsequent separation stage.
4.High-Efficiency Dry Separation: The heart of the plant is its advanced air separation and electrostatic separation system. Utilizing differences in density and electrical conductivity, this stage cleanly separates the metallic fraction (copper, gold, silver, etc.) from the non-metallic resin powder, all without water or chemicals.
5.Dust Control & Automation: A fully integrated pulse-jet dust collection system ensures a clean workshop and captures all fine particles. The entire process is controlled from a central PLC station, ensuring consistent output quality and operational safety.
