1. Feed one wire at a time. Before feeding the wire into copper wire stripper machine , cut off the end of the wire to avoid blade gap.

2. On the output side, if the cut on the wire is too deep, check the following:

(1) Adjust the handles on the input side, tightening or loosening them. (M12 handle)

(2) When feeding the wire, check that the wire is in the correct position.

(3) Ensure the blade is sharp. If it is not sharp, polish it with an oilstone.

3. On the output side, if you see that the plastic (PVC) has peeled off, but the copper wire is not unraveling, check the following four points:

(1) Polish the upper shaft with an oilstone.

(2) Check if the spring is loose. If so, tighten it to make it secure.

(3) If the wire diameter is too small, adjust the gap between the two shafts to approximately 0.3-0.6mm.

(4) If the wire to be stripped is very hot, the copper wire cannot be stripped.

4. If the wire is stuck in the spool, check the following:

(1) If the springs on the pressure rollers are too tight, loosen them.

(2) There is too much oil on the cable/wire; wipe it clean.

5. If the blade is seen to be tilted:

(1) Check if the central adjuster is loose.

(2) Adjust the centering and tighten the screws on both sides.
