How the W-C10 Works
1.Feeding: Material is manually or optionally conveyed into the Electrostatic Copper Wire Separator.
2.Crushing: The crusher reduces cables into small, uniform granules.
3.Primary Separation: Mixed granules enter the vibration air separator, where copper and plastic are initially divided.
4.Secondary Refinement: Small vibration tables at each outlet further purify the copper and plastic streams.
5.Dust Management: Integrated dust collectors and blowers maintain clean air and recover fine particles.
