2.Heavy-Duty Tool Shaft and Inserts

Crushing Process

Low-speed rotating blades grip the material.
Powerful shearing force is generated at the intersection of the two shafts.
Multi-action crushing
Shearing: The blades directly cut the metal.

Compression: The metal structure is crushed at the minimum gap between the two shafts (typically 10-30mm).
Output control
Output size is controlled by a bottom screen (typically 30-100mm).
